Features: two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a light-filled living area with large panorama windows, a fully equipped kitchen, a private spa area with infrared steam sauna, a generous panoramic terrace with sun loungers, natural wood floors and underfloor heating.

Prices are per chalet or apartment with a minimum stay of 4 nights. For stays of 1–3 nights a surcharge of € 25 per night and unit applies.

Prices are based on occupancy by 2 people. For every additional person on an extra bed or sofa bed:
• Children 0–9 years: free
• Children 10–12 years: € 30
• Teenagers 13–17 years: € 35

For the youngest guests we provide cot, high chair and baby equipment free of charge.

Yes. For everyone aged 14 and over we are required by law to charge a tourist tax of € 2.80 per person and night, in addition to the published rates.

The BrixenCard, included in the price, provides free regional mobility plus free admission to numerous museums, the Acquarena leisure pool in Brixen (pool area, three hours per day except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and the ice rink. The South Tyrol Guest Pass offers unlimited free use of all public buses, regional trains and selected cable cars throughout South Tyrol.

Payment is preferably made in cash on site. The cash limit in Italy is € 4,999. We also accept debit cards, credit cards (Mastercard, VISA) and bank transfer. Cheques are not accepted.

When can I check in and check out?

Check-in: chalets and apartment are ready from 15:00. If you arrive after 18:00 please notify us.
Check-out: on the day of departure the unit must be vacated by 9:30 at the latest. Other times on request.

There is no statutory right of withdrawal under consumer protection law — we do, however, grant the following cancellation conditions:
• Up to 1 month before arrival: no cancellation fee
• 30 to 10 days before arrival: 50 % of the booking value
• In the last 10 days before arrival: 70 % of the booking value
• Late arrival or early departure: 100 % of the booking value
• No-show: 100 % of the booking value
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
